Wayin is an office tenant improvement project for a fast-growing tech company in the Lower Downtown district of Denver. The existing historic 1903 building consist of brick and timber frame construction.

The goal was to create a flexible work environment with a heartbeat zone for the employees to work, gather, and play. This was accomplished by creating a stadium seating area that also functions as the stairs to the mezzanine workstation and conference room spaces. Modern and sophisticated materials contrast the existing building elements.
