The building was constructed out of pre-fabricated and pre-engineered building systems and components, including metal building and shipping containers which made up the form.

Polygal paneling is directly attached to the interior office walls’ studs, allowing light to filter through the office into the interior bullpen space.

Off-the-shelf and economical materials were chosen for the interior based on the principle of multi-use, creating an aesthetic that’s consistent with the industry’s materials.
