Denver, CO | 20,000 SF remodel of a home furnishings store, located in Cherry Creek. 

The existing structure was kept intact with the two volumes clad in stone at one end and zinc fluoride at the other end.

The previous concrete panels within the middle section were replaced with a steel and glass system that provides an ample display of the furniture for pedestrians passing by.

Room & Board's design philosophy is deeply rooted in simple, clean, and modern lines.

The chosen design explores and reinforces this simple, clean, and modern design philosophy by carefully using contrasting materials, such as both transparent and solid volumes.
