Lancaster Public Safety Building

  • Lancaster, TX

A new 55,000 SF Lancaster Public Safety Building combined police and fire administration, dispatch and operations.  It shares a civic park location with Lancaster’s public library and recreation center.

The building image is intended to identify and promote forward thinking and growth of this community south of Dallas. The combined Police and Fire facility created a “gateway” building, evoking a feeling of unity and pride for the users and the community.

Roth Sheppard Architects provided the space needs assessment, architectural programming and conceptual design in support of Perkins Will.
